About Peachtree Corners:

Peachtree Corners, Georgia, is an innovative and remarkable city in Gwinnett County. It was developed in the late 1960s by businessman Paul Duke, who envisioned creating a planned community that would allow people to live, work, and play all within one quality-controlled environment. By 1967, Duke had initiated the planning of the Peachtree Corners - Technology Park/Atlanta office component, comprised of low-rise buildings designed to house low-pollution, high-technology industries.

The development of Peachtree Corners continued over the years, thanks to Jim Cowart, who came over as a land developer in the late 1970s. He began developing neighborhoods such as Spalding Corners and Peachtree Station in 1979. His son Dan Cowart also became involved in Peachtree Corners' progress and continued developing new neighborhoods for the city, including Wesleyan School.

In 1999, the idea of incorporating Peachtree Corners was proposed, and finally, on November 8th, 2011, during a referendum; residents voted to incorporate it as Gwinnett County's 16th city with a population of almost 40,000. The first City Hall was unveiled during a ribbon-cutting ceremony in January 2013, with more than 250 people attending.

Today, Peachtree Corners features an active 21-acre Town Center complete with 15+ restaurants, retail shops, office space, and townhomes that overlook the 2+ acre Town Green park; this is considered their 'downtown' area where locals gather together for concerts and seasonal events. The park includes an active water feature, an open-air pavilion, café tables, a fire pit, a projection screen, and an open lawn playable art. It also has a 2500 square-foot veterans’ monument that features seven sculptures.

Overall, Peachtree Corners offers its residents a unique living experience, encouraging growth while further developing its distinct identity within Gwinnett County.

Mitigation Services:

  • Mold Remediation

Mold remediation means the removal, cleaning, sanitizing, demolition, or other treatment, including preventive activities, of mold or mold-contaminated matter that was not purposely grown at that location.

  • Mold Testing

Broadly speaking, most mold testing involves taking a sample of either the air or a surface. Essentially, a mold inspector "tests" the air or surface to find out what kind of mold exists and/or if the mold found is able to grow in the area tested.

  • Water Damage Restoration

Water damage restoration includes the complete process of water cleanup from beginning to end–(removal of water, drying items and structures, and moving restored items back). Water remediation is a term equivalent to water damage restoration.

  • Structural Drying

Structural drying is the process of removing excess water and moisture from materials that make up a structure, until it is dry enough to meet a certain standard of dryness and safety. If your home has been flooded, a professional flood damage restoration company can thoroughly dry out the area to get rid of the water and any extra moisture that could lead to mould growth.

  • Crawl Encapsulation

Crawl space encapsulation refers to the addition of a heavy-duty moisture barrier to the dirt floor of your crawl space, sealed foundation vents, insulated walls, and special crawl space dehumidifier(s). Crawl space encapsulation is most effective when you seal the space completely.

  • Smoke Damage Restoration

A smoke damage clean up service consists of professional smoke restoration techniques including cleaning, deodorizing, and refinishing/restoring hard furnishings. A light coating of soot can be removed easily by the correct specialized techniques.

  • Fire Damage Restoration

Fire mitigation removes fuels around your house that can create increased heat and exposure to your home in the event of a wildland fire. Wildland fires include grass fires, brush fires and forest fires.
